PepX is a personal tracking and logging tool. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and is not a substitute for professional healthcare. Information about peptides, compounds, and dosages is provided for general informational and record-keeping purposes only. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting, changing, or stopping any substance. Some compounds referenced in the app may be prescription-only or controlled substances in your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws and for any decisions you make. You use PepX entirely at your own risk.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to use PepX.
PepX offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions ("PepX Pro"). Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel a subscription anytime in your App Store account settings. Prices are shown in the app before purchase and may vary by region. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
You agree to use PepX only for lawful, personal purposes and not to misuse, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the app.
PepX is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app, including any health, legal, or financial consequences of decisions you make.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
